What is the minimum order quantity?
500 units per design. This is our hard minimum for custom-printed orders. For standard non-custom items, lower quantities may be possible — mention this in your enquiry.
How is the enquiry sent — does it go to email?
Yes. When you submit the form, your enquiry is delivered directly to joydisposablehub8@gmail.com. You’ll also receive a copy at the email address you provide. We respond within 48 hours, usually faster.
Can I get custom dimensions and printing?
Yes — fully customisable. Specify your dimensions, logo, colour palette, finish (matte/gloss/kraft), and any insert requirements in the enquiry form. Our team will confirm what’s achievable in the mockup.
Do you supply food-grade packaging?
Yes. Our bakery boxes and food packaging use food-safe, certified materials suitable for direct food contact. This is standard on all food-related product lines — no need to specify separately.
Do you dispatch outside Ludhiana / Punjab?
Yes, we dispatch pan-India. We have delivered to Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, and hundreds of smaller cities and towns. Shipping costs and timelines vary by location and are confirmed in your quote.
What’s the production and delivery timeline?
After design approval: standard orders take 3–7 business days to manufacture and dispatch. Larger bulk orders or complex custom designs may take longer — this is confirmed in your quote. Delivery time on top of dispatch depends on your city.
